In his recent projects, Diego has focused on designing customer-centric and digital strategies for retail banks and fintechs. He has also been involved in revamping corporate strategy programs for payment companies and advising financial institutions on technology implementation programs to support their strategy.

Diego holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Actuarial Studies from Universidad Anahuac Mexico. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, he gained valuable experience at Santander Mexico, PwC Advisory US, Citibank, and Citibanamex.
