Denis, a partner based in our Brazil office, specializes in financial services and digital innovation.

With more than 20 years of consulting experience and entrepreneurial leadership, Denis has led major transformation and fintech initiatives for Latin America’s largest financial institutions. He brings deep expertise in wholesale banking, digital assets and tokenization, instant payments, CBDC (Drex), fraud prevention, and platform ventures.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, he spent nearly 15 years at Accenture, where he led transformative programs such as the digitization of a wholesale banking unit, the nationwide Desenrola debt restructuring program, and Accenture’s first fintech investment in Latin America with Parfin. He also built and scaled ventures in digital assets and collections, already serving Brazil’s largest banks and acquirers.

Earlier, Denis co-founded the Brazilian office of Management Solutions, growing it from a small team to an international operation with offices in Brazil and the US. His leadership included large-scale capital markets projects and the complex spin-off of ABN Amro Brazil to its acquisition by Santander, completed in just eight months.
