Darshan is a partner in our Healthcare and Life Sciences and Private Capital Practices, based in London.
He has over 15 years of strategy consulting experience in the health and life sciences sector, focusing on transaction advisory, commercial, and research and development (R&D) strategy.
Darshan regularly works with leading investors in the space, providing commercial transaction support across the entire investment life cycle. His deal experience spans the breadth of the sector, from specialty pharma and pharma services to buy-and-builds in the healthcare services space. He has also advised large pharmaceutical corporations on R&D asset valuation and business development and licensing (BD&L) topics.

Darshan has a first-class degree in mathematics and management from the University of Cambridge.
Outside of work, Darshan spends much of his time playing and watching various sports, while also encouraging his kids to participate.
