Danny is a principal with deep experience in global retail and consumer goods strategy. He advises clients on complex challenges across growth strategy, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations.
An entrepreneur at heart, Danny brings a practical, adaptable approach to problem-solving. He is known for combining a strong drive for results with curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn. His work often involves bringing together stakeholders across an organization, building trust, and creating the confidence needed to move from strategy to action.
The market is shifting rapidly to online, driving increased consumer choice and innovation. Traditional retail and consumer goods companies will have to adapt at a parallel pace to hold their own in this new market landscape
For Danny, successful transformation depends as much on people as it does on the solution itself. He works closely with clients at every level to create alignment, strengthen collaboration, and help teams believe that meaningful change is possible.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys cooking, international travel, tennis, and skiing. He and his wife are also proud owners of Kona, their mini sheepadoodle.
Danny holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a minor in mathematics, from Dartmouth College.
