Dan is a partner and leads the global and North America Property and Casualty Practice. Based in New York, he also serves as the Global Head of AI Transformation and Modernization for the Actuarial Practice.
In these roles, Dan is helping reset the agenda for the actuarial profession by broadening Oliver Wyman’s offerings and modernizing actuarial work for the firm, its clients, and the wider profession.
His focus includes growing the practice across regions, expanding capabilities to address complex business and actuarial challenges, and supporting two world-class leadership teams across the global and North America practices.

Dan’s journey at Oliver Wyman began in 2014 as a senior manager in our Princeton office. By 2020, he had achieved partnership and was the inaugural leader of the newly formed Central Zone. Dan briefly left in 2021 to lead the US Property and Casualty Actuarial Consulting practice at a Big Four consulting firm, where he successfully grew the practice. He rejoined Oliver Wyman in 2023.
He has served as a board member for the Texas Captive Insurance Association since 2018 and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. As a family, they are committed to serving their community and supporting each other in their academic, musical, and athletic pursuits.
