With nearly four decades of leadership across PBM, specialty pharmacy, 340B, and payer strategies, Dale advises organizations on growth, operational efficiency, and digital innovation.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, he served as president and board member of MedImpact, leading enterprise strategy, specialty pharmacy, 340B, and international subsidiaries. He built the first and only successful PBMs in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Bahrain, and Doha, and led teams in Beijing and Johannesburg. Earlier in his career, Dale held senior leadership roles at Humana, CVS Caremark, Express Scripts, and Cardinal Health.

Dale holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Illinois. He completed AI in healthcare programs at Stanford and MIT, and has served on the boards of the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) and Ardon Health. He is also a member of NCPDP’s Special AI Committee and a co-inventor on multiple US patents in pharmacy technology and reimbursement.
Based in San Diego, Dale enjoys golf, yoga, and exploring the world with his family (he’s been to more than 80 countries).
