Cristina is a recruiting manager based in our Milan office and has been with Oliver Wyman since 2013.
She leads recruiting efforts for the Italy and Greece markets and manages the TomorrOW program, a Europe-wide talent network designed for students and graduates exploring careers in consulting.
A native Romanian speaker, Cristina is also fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish. Before joining our Milan office, she lived in Madrid, further enriching her international perspective.

Cristina began her career at Oliver Wyman as an executive assistant before transitioning into recruiting a few years later. With a background in economics and human resources, she brings a diverse skill set that enhances her ability to connect with candidates and support our growing talent network.
When not working, Cristina enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children. She is also involved in mentorship and professional development initiatives and co-founded the Global Romanian Society of Young Professionals (GRASP) Milano chapter. She is also an editor for Revista Atelierul, contributing articles that highlight Romanian talent abroad.
