He joined Oliver Wyman in 2019 and brings nine years of experience in life insurance consulting. Craig specializes in actuarial modeling using the FIS Prophet software suite, helping clients strengthen and modernize the models that support critical financial and actuarial processes.

His experience spans Prophet model conversions, implementations, maintenance, and optimization. He works with clients to improve model performance, transition existing approaches onto the Prophet platform, and ensure models remain effective as business and reporting needs evolve.
