He specializes in manufacturing and consumer goods and retail sectors, as well as operations capabilities. His track record in driving operational efficiency includes leading a manufacturing footprint optimization study for a global beverage manufacturer, developing a private brand strategy for one of Japan’s leading retailers, overseeing supply chain optimization for Tier 1 manufacturers, and managing a performance improvement program for a major Japanese automotive OEM.

Prior to joining the firm, he honed his expertise in various leadership roles, playing a pivotal part in establishing the Japan footprint of several consulting firms and serving as an executive at Fast Retailing, the holding company of major Japanese retail brand Uniqlo.
Cosmo holds a bachelor of engineering from the University of Tokyo and a master of science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. Outside of work, he is passionate about golf and wine.
