Corey is a partner in our Retail and Consumer Goods and AI Transformation Practices, with much of his career focused on combining deep expertise in retail merchandising and operations with the latest in AI to help clients reinvent how they deliver value to customers.
Spending as much time with the C‑suite as he does on the store floor, he bridges strategy and execution, ensuring ideas translate into day‑to‑day behaviors, tools, and decisions.
Corey brings more than a decade of experience supporting organizations around the world through their most pivotal transformational moments. He focuses on delivering powerful solutions grounded in the latest thinking, yet practical and actionable enough to endure long after his support ends.
His client‑centric mindset enables him to build long, trusting relationships, guiding leaders through complex, lasting change. Corey also brings his expertise in AI‑enabled change to other industries, helping them transform their operations, customer experience, and workforce for the world of tomorrow.
The real magic isn’t in a clever model or a perfect slide — it’s in a solution teams can and want to use on Monday morning, one that makes their decisions sharper and their jobs easier, all in service of their customers
Corey is currently based in Oliver Wyman’s Chicago office after starting his career in Toronto, Canada, where he grew up.
He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
