Christina is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Quotient — AI by Oliver Wyman. She is responsible for growing the business and helping more clients put AI to work.
Her focus is on one of the biggest questions facing business leaders today: Where can AI create a real advantage, and what must change inside the company to capture it?
Christina helps senior leaders cut through the noise, choose the right bets, and test the economics. She draws on Oliver Wyman’s industry experts, AI specialists, and technology partners to carry those choices through from strategy to delivery.
The hardest work starts after the pilot succeeds. Companies have to change who makes decisions, how work gets done and who owns the result. Otherwise, the value stays trapped in the technology
She has spent much of her career building new businesses and helping leaders act when the path forward is unclear. Christina led product strategy for an AI venture at a global financial services provider and served as product manager for Oliver Wyman’s Pandemic Navigator, which helped business leaders and policymakers use analytics to make high-stakes decisions during COVID-19.
Before becoming COO, Christina served as Chief of Staff to Oliver Wyman’s Global Head of Capabilities. She helped build the firm’s global capabilities business, played a key role in a firmwide reorganization, and helped launch new businesses, including Quotient. Earlier, as a principal in the Digital practice, she advised financial services companies on digital business building and transformation.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in commerce and Spanish language from the University of Virginia. Before consulting, she was a professional ballet dancer. She still takes classes when she can and serves on the advisory board of Charlottesville Ballet.
