Christian is a principal in our Zurich office and a member of the global Operations Practice and Supply Chain team.
Since starting his career in consulting in 2015, he has worked across a broad range of industries, including automotive, suppliers, logistics, retail, e-commerce, industrial goods, and manufacturing.
The world is becoming more volatile and rapidly changing every year. I am a firm believer that only companies with resilient and competitive supply chains will prevail. Achieving this requires major transformations that also need to take into account the human-factor to be truly successful
Christian specializes in transforming his clients’ global supply chains for cost efficiency and resilience. His primary focus is on improving performance in warehousing and transportation operations, designing logistics networks, optimizing costs, and building resilience through advanced planning and digital methods.
He holds two Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and has studied at universities in Berlin, Shanghai, and Milan. Outside of work, he cherishes every moment spent with his wife and daughter or on his road bikes.
