She has 15 years of experience helping organizations overcome their biggest challenges and creating the conditions to achieve breakthroughs. Often, an organization’s most powerful enabler of change is its people, and Chloë is passionate about building the shared understanding, alignment, and intent to help make transformation successful.

Chloë’s day-to-day work is varied; she has led a “mission control” collaboration hub at the nerve-center of an automotive start-up and most recently has enabled a utility company to design and activate a performance edge culture, in service of their ambitious strategy. The common theme is about creating confidence and convergence around a shared direction that clients truly own.
As a proud mum to two young children, balancing her work and family life is important. She’s also passionate about music whether it’s listening to it, playing or going to live events.
