Cedric is a senior manager in our Actuarial Property and Casualty (P&C) Practice, based in New York.
He advises P&C insurers on complex pricing, analytics, and modeling challenges, offering deep technical insights while keeping a sharp focus on the people and purpose behind each client engagement.
Cedric specializes in pricing and predictive analytics, supporting carriers across underwriting, claims, and reinsurance. His work includes reinsurance pricing platform design, large-scale rate filings, reserve reviews, and advanced modeling initiatives, often complemented by custom interactive dashboards and process accelerators that enable faster, more confident decision making. He also leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to unlock new insights and accelerate the integration and use of new insurance tools and platforms.

With nearly 10 years of P&C consulting experience, including time at Ernst & Young, Cedric is known for tackling complex and innovative initiatives with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
Cedric holds a Bachelor of Science in actuarial mathematics and finance from Concordia University. He is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Originally from Montreal and now based in Brooklyn, Cedric enjoys traveling, exploring art, and staying active through running, triathlons, and sports such as tennis, skiing, golf, and surfing. A curious, lifelong learner, he also stays engaged with the latest developments in science, technology, finance, and mathematics.
