Casey is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Banking and Financial Services practice, based in New York. She brings 10 years of experience advising private- and public-sector clients on strategy, innovation, and transformation.

Beyond her client work, Casey is passionate about attracting diverse talent to Oliver Wyman and creating a culture where colleagues can thrive. She is an Inclusion and Diversity Champion and has held leadership roles across several of the firm’s employee resource groups.
Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
A former competitive swimmer, she continues to explore her love of the water through scuba diving, freediving, and kayaking. She is also an avid Bay Area sports fan and enjoys reading historical fiction.
