Carlota is a senior recruiting coordinator, based in our Madrid office.
She has been a valuable member of the recruiting team at Oliver Wyman for more than two years. In her role, she is responsible for campus recruiting in the Iberia office, overseeing the entire recruitment process for entry-level consultants, as well as candidates in the data and analytics field. She also coordinates international programs and flagship events for Spain and Portugal.

Carlota holds degrees in Psychology and Criminology. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, she was part of the local recruiting team at a Spanish start-up.
Outside of work, she loves traveling, painting, and reading. She has a keen interest in sports, playing padel in our inter-company league, and organizing a surf trip with a portion of the Madrid team.
She is actively involved in both Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in Madrid, as part of Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW), and the Wellbeing and Mental Health pod.
