With extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, Cadu has led important and complex strategic projects across investments, B2B, B2G and wholesale sales, regulations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and judicial recovery processes. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, he was vice president of regulatory affairs at Oi, the largest fixed telephone operator in Brazil. There he led the company's strategy in the corporate and wholesale market areas, as well as the company's regulatory and institutional agenda, including M&A processes, and the period of the company's first judicial recovery.
Cadu has a degree in industrial mechanical engineering, and a MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ. He has an advanced level of English, and a structured, pragmatic, and problem-solver profile.
He lives in Rio de Janeiro with his wife, two daughters, and their two dogs. On weekends he can be found mountain biking.
