Bruce is a Partner in our Transportation and Advanced Industrials Practice and Head of Performance Transformation Americas initiatives within the practice. He also leads our Logistics sector in the Americas.
He has over 25 years of experience helping airlines and logistics providers drive profitable growth and improve shareholder value. He has led commercial and operational transformation programs for leading companies in the sector. Bruce is also a member of the Oliver Wyman Forum team responsible for evaluating the impact of tariffs and trade policy on trade flows, the transportation sector and suppliers.
Bruce’s recent work includes helping several leading airlines redesign their tech ops processes and modernize their IT landscapes, unlocking productivity gains and addressing the risks of technology obsolescence. He has also supported acquisition due diligence, integration and value capture efforts for several airlines, logistics providers and parcel carriers.
Before joining Oliver Wyman in 2005, Bruce worked in corporate finance at Bank of America and Deutsche Bank Securities. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS in economics from Wharton.

Outside of work, Bruce's greatest challenge and pleasure comes from sharing his love of the outdoors, particularly hiking and skiing, with his wife and three children. His favorite spots are the Grand Canyon, Colorado and the Dolomites.
