Bill is a Senior Consultant in the Chicago office of Oliver Wyman Actuarial Practice. He provides consulting services for P&C lines of insurance with a focus on unpaid liability analyses. He specializes in quantifying clients’ cost containment efforts through the modeling of claim-level loss reserves.

His experience includes building and implementing various predictive models, such as individual claims reserving, claim complexity scoring algorithms, and litigation propensity. Bill is also an Associate of the Casualty Actuary Society.

In his downtime, Bill plays volleyball, and enjoys running and biking.
