Bhavik is a principal in our Pricing, Sales, and Marketing Practice and Private Capital Practice, based out of the New York office. He joined Oliver Wyman’s London office in 2014 and has since been working with clients across the Americas and Europe.
Bhavik has extensive experience designing and leading the execution of commercial transformations, pricing and packaging optimization, and salesforce effectiveness programs that generate substantial quantifiable margin impact. He has a proven track record of delivering value to his clients and is recognized for his collaborative approach in developing tailored solutions that cater to their unique situations and align with their goals.

Bhavik's experience extends across the commercial functions of a variety of B2B and B2C industries, including software/data, aerospace and defense, industrials, financial services, and professional services. He has a deep understanding of the types of growth opportunities that exist in these industries and has developed innovative solutions to help his clients deliver margin improvement programs across short- and long-term timeframes.
Previously, Bhavik was seconded to one of his clients in an interim role to spearhead commercial transformation initiatives for a private equity-owned specialty B2B firm. This experience allowed him to gain a deep insight into the requirements for delivering sustainable improvements.
Effective communication is key to success in any change initiative. It’s important to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and work collaboratively to build conviction across stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Outside of work, Bhavik serves as a junior board member for Women In Need, a charity dedicated to providing family shelter and supportive housing in New York. He loves hosting dinners and game nights with his wife, is an avid football (soccer) fan, and is trying to read more fiction books.
Bhavik holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School and University of California, Berkeley, and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics with First Class Honors from the London School of Economics.
