Bhavik Vora is a Principal in our Pricing, Sales, and Marketing team, and the Private Capital Practice. As of 2020, Bhavik is based out of our New York office. However, he joined Oliver Wyman’s London office and works with clients across both sides of the Atlantic.
He has extensive experience working with Private Equity portfolio B2B and B2C companies to deliver margin improvement programs generating tangible and measurable short-run and long-run impact.
Bhavik led the implementation of pricing actions as Interim Head of Pricing Transformation in conjunction with the Management Team of a Private Equity owned American specialty B2B company, embedding $6m of targeted in-year impact. His focus areas are Pricing Optimization, Sales Effectiveness, and Commercial Transformation for B2B businesses, most frequently those in Industrials (incl. Aerospace and Defense) and Software (SAAS and DAAS).
In one of his other projects he delivered a $16M pricing improvement program at a Private Equity-owned Global Aerospace Manufacturer, by implementing a value pricing guidance tool, supporting key contract negotiations, and embedding more rigorous governance and controls.
Bhavik Vora holds an Master of Business Administration with Distinction from London Business School and University of California, Berkeley. He also has Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics with First Class Honors from the London School of Economics.
