Benoit is a Paris-based director at 8works, a specialist division of Oliver Wyman. He leads the firm’s people-led change capability in France, helping clients design, activate, and embed change by blending expert knowledge with co-creation techniques.
For the past 20 years, Benoit has been helping his clients, from non-governmental organizations to international firms, to transform their organization, from architecture to culture, and make collective and robust decisions that get results faster.

His previous experiences include strategy execution in the luxury industry, industrial program acceleration in aeronautics, and digital innovation in pharma.
Benoit believes that solving complex strategic challenges and delivering sustainable change starts with harnessing an organization’s collective intelligence. His approach brings people into the process, giving them the opportunity to shape solutions and play an active role in making change happen.
He has an academic background in political science and sociology.
