His expertise includes business strategy development, distribution and sales productivity, organizational effectiveness, enterprise-wide cost optimization, analytics and digital enablement, end-to-end operational excellence, post-merger integration, and large-scale transformation delivery.
My career has been in Financial Services because of its central role in the economy and society. I focus on helping our clients develop sound strategies and translate them into effective execution and day-to-day operational excellence, which is often where the greatest challenges and value lie
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Aymen spent nearly two decades at The Boston Consulting Group, where he led some of the largest banking transformations worldwide. His work included complex post‑merger integrations, end‑to‑end organizational and operating model redesigns, and major front‑ and back‑office efficiency programs. He began his professional journey as a software engineer at IBM.
Aymen holds an MBA from INSEAD, a master’s degree in communications and signal processing from Imperial College London, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University College London.
In his free time, he enjoys staying moderately fit, travelling with his family, and learning about innovations in science and technology.
