Ashik is a Partner at Oliver Wyman. He has over a decade of experience in strategy and transformation consulting in the US and Europe.
At Oliver Wyman, Ashik has led numerous engagements at regional and global financial services firms including wealth/asset management firms, investment banks, insurers, and group level strategic programs for universal banks. His work with senior executives has focused on several areas including business and IT strategy at both corporate and business line levels; complex operations and technology transformation programs to reduce cost and improve productivity; organization design and governance for technology and operations shared services; and platform and technology design at information and application layers.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Ashik was with Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Ashik has shared his perspectives on industry issues and functional topics with several leading financial services publications including: Optimize, Banking Systems and Technology, Global Investment Technology, and Wall Street and Technology. He has also spoken at conferences including the Institutional Investors’ COO and CFO Best Practices in Asset Management.
Ashik holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, an MS in Computer Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA with high honors from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.
