Antonio is a partner in our Banking and Financial Services practice, based in New York. He advises financial institutions across the Americas on strategy, risk management, and large-scale transformation programs.
He has worked with senior executives at leading global banks on the design and execution of major strategic initiatives, spanning business growth, risk management transformation, and business program redesign. His focus is on simplifying and integrating complex programs and organizations, and connecting strategy to execution through clear ownership, transparent governance, and consistent processes.
A key area of his recent work is supporting institutions in the adoption of AI-enabled solutions within risk management. He believes that innovation in financial institutions requires a balance between agility and discipline, and that simplification, rather than ever-more-complex frameworks, is often a prerequisite for genuine control and effectiveness.
He is co-author of several articles on risk, transformation, and innovation in financial services.

Antonio holds two Master of Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in aeronautics and astronautics and technology policy. Additionally, Antonio holds an undergraduate degree and a master's degree in civil engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has also completed the CFA charterholder program.
When not advising on risk and strategy, Antonio enjoys endurance sports and regularly competes in marathons and long-distance triathlons.
