Since joining the firm in September 2024, she has worked across a range of industries, giving her broad exposure to diverse business challenges. She has since focused her work on banking and financial services, reflecting her strong interest in the sector.
Annaëlle supports client engagements through rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and disciplined project delivery. Working closely with clients on-site, she helps develop practical, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact. Her experience spans a range of topics across the banking sector, including retail banking, corporate banking, payments, and broader financial institution transformation.

Annaëlle is particularly interested in finance and the role financial institutions play in supporting economic growth. Her role allows her to combine her analytical skills with her interest in the evolving financial services landscape, helping clients navigate change and identify new opportunities.
She graduated summa cum laude from KU Leuven with a master’s degree in business engineering, specializing in accounting and financial management. She also holds a master’s degree from University College London, where she focused on strategy.
Outside of work, Annaëlle enjoys traveling and discovering new cultures. She values time with family and friends and stays active through running, tennis and pilates. Her curiosity, energy, and international outlook shape the way she approaches both her work and personal life.
