Ann-Katrin is a principal in our Frankfurt office.
She advises clients in aerospace, defense, aviation, rail, and logistics on operating‑model transformations, growth strategies, and a range of operational topics, including industrial ramp‑ups, program recovery, and supply‑chain optimization.
Her work focuses on helping organizations with intensive operational demands design and refine their structures, develop and execute growth plans, and turn complex challenges in production, procurement, and aftermarket services into clear transformation strategies that can be put into action. Drawing on experience across multiple industries and regions in Europe, she combines strong analytical skills with a practical, results‑oriented approach. She brings senior leaders and frontline teams together to stay focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

Before joining Oliver Wyman in 2019, Ann‑Katrin spent five years at a boutique aviation consultancy, where she supported airlines and airports in optimizing operations, including crew planning, network planning, airport operational‑readiness testing, resource optimization, and MRO planning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and studied in Germany and China.
Her working style is highly collaborative. She enjoys partnering closely with client teams across countries, organizations, and professions to make progress happen. Outside of work, she draws energy from motorbiking, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities.
