Anja is a manager with Oliver Wyman’s 8works Practice based in London. She is an expert in people-led change, program management and experience design.
Her project experience is centered on designing, and delivering, organizational and sector responses to a wide array of systemic challenges including climate crisis, health inequalities, and workforce performance.
Trained as an ecologist and researcher, Anja brings a passionate, science-based attitude into everything she does.

While Anja grew up in Helsinki, after living in the UK for 12 years she is now a fully-fledged supporter of team GB in the Olympics, and cheers on the UK musical acts in the Eurovision song contest. She is an avid cyclist and an enthusiastic Ottolenghi cook.
Anja holds a PhD in Atmospheric and Environmental Sciences.
