Andrin is a principal in Oliver Wyman's Corporate and Institutional Banking Practice in Zurich. He is a trusted advisor to financial institutions, helping them navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

His work focuses on crucial topics for financial market infrastructure providers and capital markets participants in a macro-environment driven by moderate interest rates, increased regulatory scrutiny, and competition from fintech companies.

Andrin's work encompasses three key areas. Firstly, performance transformation, which is essential for market actors to defend their position and lay the foundation for future growth. Andrin leads large-scale programs that focus on cost effectiveness and operational excellence. Secondly, he supports institutions on growth topics, leveraging industry trends such as ESG, digital assets/distributed ledger technology, data, and artificial intelligence. Lastly, Andrin has experience in post-merger integration (PMI), helping organizations harmonize services and operating models after a merger.

Andrin holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Zurich and the Swiss Finance Institute. He has also completed research stays at the University of California, San Diego, and Harvard University.

Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Andrin is an avid explorer who finds solace and inspiration in the great outdoors. He can often be found carving through fresh powder snow on skis or a snowboard, embracing the thrill of the slopes. Andrin's passion for exploration extends beyond the mountains, as he also enjoys traveling the world and fully immersing himself in different cultures, broadening his horizons along the way.
