Andrew is a senior partner and head of our Aviation Practice for the Americas, based in the Dallas office.
He specializes in operational reengineering, systems effectiveness, large-scale transformation, and digitization across regulated industries. With extensive experience in financial services, healthcare, and transportation, Andrew is recognized for successfully leading multi-billion-dollar synergy and cost-savings initiatives while inspiring teams to achieve corporate goals. His proven methods and automated solutions have been effectively applied across aviation, financial services, energy, and logistics.
Notable achievements include designing and implementing a comprehensive integration and synergy tracking strategy for two large European banks with combined assets of $4 trillion, as well as developing a due diligence and post-merger integration (PMI) product for a North American healthcare company to streamline multiple acquisitions.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Andrew gained valuable experience as an investment banking analyst at UBS in Toronto, where he developed expertise in corporate financial forecasting and synergy assessment across the oil and gas, energy, and industrial sectors. During his MBA studies, he interned in corporate strategy at IBM and successfully launched a business venture in Montreal, which he later sold after four years.
Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and finance from Queen’s University and an MBA from Dartmouth University. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), he is dedicated to excellence in financial management and strategic consulting.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and canoeing with his children. He continues to hope for the day the Toronto Maple Leafs win a Stanley Cup in his lifetime.
