Andrew is the co-head of our Global Defense and Security Practice, bringing over three decades of leadership experience across defense, aerospace, and transportation.

He has served as chief executive officer at several global aerospace and infrastructure companies, including Rolls-Royce Australasia and Bombardier Transportation, where he led large-scale operations, transformation programs, and strategic partnerships.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Andrew had a distinguished career in the Australian Army, rising to the rank of brigadier general. He held multiple senior command roles, directing operations for both Australian and Allied Forces in the Middle East and Afghanistan. An experienced aviator, he flew a variety of aircraft and helicopters and played a key role in advancing defense aviation capabilities.

A graduate of the Royal Australian Naval College, the Royal Military College of Science, and the United Kingdom Joint Services Command and Staff College, Andrew holds a degree in applied science from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Arts from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. A fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, he was appointed a member of the Order of Australia in recognition of his exceptional service to Australian Defence Force Aviation.

An avid sportsman, Andrew enjoys cricket, rugby, skiing, and hiking. Based in Dubai, he values travel and adventure, often seeking new challenges both professionally and personally.
