Andrew is a principal in our Government and Public Institutions Practice. He has more than 15 years of experience enabling and supporting innovation and research.

Specializing in strategy and program delivery, Andrew has worked with several universities and precincts to develop strategies for research, innovation, and education, and has partnered closely with government stakeholders to support their organizational goals. Most recently, he worked with two leading Australian universities to assess the feasibility of, and support the path toward, combining to form a new university for the future.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Andrew worked at the University of Sydney, served on the Policy Committee for Science and Technology Australia, and was an innovation advisor to Local Government NSW. His approach is collaborative, with a strong focus on building capability in people and organizations.

Andrew holds a doctorate in chemistry from Harvard University, a bachelor’s degree with honors in science from the University of New South Wales, and an executive MBA from the University of Sydney.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys being outdoors and active in any way he can.
