Andrew is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting, and a member of Oliver Wyman’s Global Leadership Team. Based in London, he leads legal, compliance, and risk management matters across the business and is known for advising on complex strategic initiatives, corporate transactions, and regulatory issues across global markets.
Since joining the firm in 2011, Andrew has held several senior roles within the Legal, Compliance, and Public Affairs teams. Andrew advises senior leaders on contract negotiations, intellectual property, conflicts of interest, data privacy, litigation, and dispute resolution. His experience also includes supporting acquisitions, joint ventures, and senior executive hiring processes, helping the business navigate legal complexity while enabling strategic growth.

Before joining Marsh, Andrew practiced as an M&A lawyer at Berwin Leighton Paisner (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner) in London. He later held in-house legal positions in venture capital and investment banking, building experience across corporate transactions, governance, and regulatory matters.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys watching and playing football with his two daughters, riding his motorcycle, and continuing his journey to learn the banjo.
