Andrei is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Aerospace and Defense practice, where he focuses on commercial due diligence and strategy advisory.
He brings more than a decade of experience across aerospace and defense, advising clients on commercial, vendor, and operations due diligence, market sizing and outlooks, business planning and forecasting, growth strategy, and M&A targeting and screening.
Over the past decade, Andrei has led commercial due diligence and strategy work on some of the sector’s most significant transactions, supporting more than 60 private equity clients and 25 strategic clients. His experience spans the civil aerospace supply chain, aftermarket and airport services, naval shipbuilding and sustainment, defense electronics, land vehicles, unmanned systems, training and simulation, C5ISR, and law enforcement and safety equipment.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Andrei co-led an Aerospace, Defense and Government private equity practice and was a senior leader at a boutique consulting firm in Boston.
He holds a BSc in business administration and economics from Boston University.
Outside of work, Andrei enjoys traveling and cooking with his family, natural wine, pickup soccer, fishing, skiing, and live music. He is also deeply involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, where he has served as a Big and mentor since 2014.
