Andrei is a Partner in our Aerospace and Defense  practice focusing primarily on commercial due diligence and strategy advisory services. He has over a decade of aerospace and defense experience, including commercial, vendor, and operations due diligence, market sizing and outlook development, business plan development and forecasting, growth strategy development, and M&A targeting and screening. Prior to Oliver Wyman, Andrei co-led an Aerospace, Defense And Government private equity practice and was a senior leader at a boutique consulting firm in Boston. He holds a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Boston University.

Andrei has led commercial due diligence and strategy advisory on the most strategically important aerospace and defense transactions over the past decade, having supported more than 60 private equity and 25 strategic clients. His work spans across civil original equipment supply chain to aftermarket and airport services to naval shipbuilding and sustainment, defense electronics, land vehicles, unmanned systems, training and simulation and C5ISR to law enforcement and safety equipment.

Beyond breathing and dreaming of aerospace and defense, Andrei enjoys traveling and cooking with his family, natural wines, pick up soccer, fishing, skiing and live music. He is also extremely passionate about the Big Brother Big Sister program where he has been a ‘Big’ and mentor since 2014.
