Amruta is a partner on Oliver Wyman’s Climate and Sustainability platform within Financial Services, based in New York. She brings more than 15 years of experience across sustainability strategy, commercial solutions, net zero target-setting, and wholesale banking strategy.

She works at the intersection of financial services and the climate transition, helping organizations connect sustainability priorities with broader strategic and commercial objectives. Her experience gives her a perspective that combines an understanding of financial institutions with a practical view of how sustainability considerations can inform business decisions, growth priorities, and long-term ambition.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Amruta worked in banking, where she led an investment banking strategy team. She began her career as a structured rates trader in London. That combination of trading, banking strategy, and sustainability experience shapes the way she approaches complex questions, bringing together commercial realities, financial discipline, and the need to respond to a changing operating environment
