Amrik is a partner and the Americas head of our Technology Innovation capability. He leads the development and execution of strategies that help businesses maximize the value of technology across multiple industries.
His expertise includes overseeing complex, technology‑ and data‑led transformation programs; delivering change across business functions and operations; strengthening technology capabilities; advancing enterprise data management; supporting leadership teaming; and enhancing workforce skills.
In addition to working closely with line-of-business heads, chief financial officers (CFOs), chief operating officers (COOs), chief information officers (CIOs), and chief data officers (CDOs), Amrik also supports private equity sponsors pre-deal — through product and technology due diligence — and post-deal to realize investment theses.
He brings more than 20 years of experience across market infrastructure, banking, asset management, private markets, insurance, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Amrik held line management roles, led turnarounds, and successfully launched two consulting businesses. He has managed businesses in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, bringing international experience in global business transformation at scale.
Beyond his client work, Amrik is a founding member of SevaToday, a New York-based charity that partners with the Kids Against Hunger platform to pack and deliver meals to children and families experiencing food insecurity.
