Amit is a senior advisor in the Banking and Financial Services practice with deep expertise in global financial institutions, advanced analytics, and scientific research.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning financial services, Amit has held senior strategy and management roles at JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley, working across treasury, risk, data and analytics, AI, resolution planning, and fixed income management.
I help institutions think through how to embed data, analytics, and AI into real decision-making. In practice, that means connecting strategy, governance, operating model, and technology so investments translate into actual business impact
Amit began his business career at McKinsey & Company, where he was elected as an associate partner. He currently serves as board treasurer of Doctors Without Borders–USA and as a board member of Kainomyx.
Amit holds a PhD in biophysics (minor in electrical engineering) from Stanford University and conducted postdoctoral research at Bell Labs. He has been published as lead author in both Nature and Science.
