With more than 20 years of experience in AI and automation, he helps clients design and scale AI and automation solutions that deliver real gains in productivity, efficiency, and cost. His work focuses on translating advanced technologies into practical outcomes for large, complex organizations.
Amar brings deep experience across both public and private sector clients, with particular expertise in highly regulated environments, including government and financial services. He has led large-scale, multi-year automation initiatives spanning robotics, machine learning, computer vision, and cloud-native infrastructure, and is known for his ability to bridge strategy and execution, turning AI ambition into scalable, real-world impact.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Amar spent more than 20 years at Accenture, most recently leading the Intelligent Automation Garage for the UK Department for Work and Pensions, where he built and scaled advanced automation capabilities and delivered complex transformation programs nationally.
Amar holds a degree in computer science from the University of Nottingham. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and cooking, and competes regularly in snooker and pool tournaments.
