Double Quotes
I'm excited by new ideas that radically challenge the status quo. Big goals aren’t beyond reach — they are very achievable where businesses are open to learning, adapting, and rewiring the organization as needed to thrive in changing conditions

Amanda uses her healthcare industry experience and organizational expertise to help clients achieve organizational coherence — aligning strategy, operating model, and culture to deliver top performance.

The organizations of the future will look different from those of today, and in many cases, inorganic strategies are key to achieving sustainable growth. Amanda works with clients across M&A, joint ventures, new ventures, and spin-out scenarios—starting with defining growth strategies and identifying and evaluating potential partners; proceeding through diligence and regulatory processes; developing fit-for-purpose governance and operating models to help merged entities harness the strengths of legacy organizations and fully leverage acquired capabilities; and executing integration to form a high-performing combined entity.

Recognizing that people are at the heart of the most important challenges leaders face during times of significant change — including the risk of project failure, employee resistance, operational disruption, and erosion of planned return on investment — Amanda guides clients through transformations in how work gets done. This often includes data-driven talent realignments to place highly skilled, high-performing employees into redesigned roles; assessments of workforce strengths and gaps; and strategies to retain key talent.
