Alina is a partner and leads Oliver Wyman’s Retail and Business Banking practice and is based in San Francisco.
She brings more than a decade of experience advising large and midsize banks, payments providers, and technology companies across North America.
Change is the only constant in retail financial services, and also one of its biggest challenges. The institutions that thrive are those that can adapt quickly while staying clear on where they want to grow, how much risk they are willing to take, and what their customers need
Her work spans strategy development, procurement negotiations, financial modeling, go-to-market design, pricing and monetization, risk management, and execution. She helps clients define their strategic vision, risk appetite, and performance metrics, balancing growth, losses, and operating costs.
Alina holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management science and engineering from Stanford University, with concentrations in production and operations management and finance and decision making.
