Alexander Lis is a Partner at Oliver Wyman with over twenty eight years’ consulting experience. 

He has led much of the firm’s work in North America for the leading private equity funds and direct investors. This works includes due diligence and portfolio company work as well as mergers and acquisitions transaction support. He has also led deal and post-deal support engagements for investors across multiple sectors, including financial services, technology, healthcare, transportation, and business services.

Alexander is responsible for building the firm’s Financial Services and Corporate Finance and Advisory practice in the Middle East and Africa. He has led major initiatives for financial institutions, investment companies, and sovereign funds in the region, including the launch of new bank, a new commodity trading operation, and a new sovereign wealth fund.

Prior to 2001, Alexander was a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Capital Markets practice, covering leading global investment banks. He holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
