Alexander is a partner at Oliver Wyman with more than 28 years of consulting experience.
He has led much of the firm’s work in North America for leading private equity funds and direct investors, advising on due diligence, portfolio company performance, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience spans both deal and post-deal support across sectors, including financial services, technology, healthcare, transportation, and business services.
Alexander is also responsible for building Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services and Corporate Finance and Advisory practice in the Middle East and Africa. In the region, he has advised financial institutions, investment companies, and sovereign funds on major strategic initiatives, including the launch of a new bank, a commodity trading operation, and a sovereign wealth fund.
The strongest investment decisions combine rigorous analysis with a clear view of what will create value after the deal. That means looking beyond the transaction itself and focusing on the choices that will shape long-term performance
Earlier in his career, Alexander was a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Capital Markets practice, where he worked with leading global investment banks.
He holds a degree in economics from the London School of Economics.
