Adam is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Finance, Risk and Restructuring practice in Chicago.
With more than 15 years of experience, Adam advises companies, lenders, creditors, and equity investors through complex operational turnarounds, restructurings, and periods of financial stress. His expertise includes bankruptcy preparation and administration, liquidity and cash management, corporate footprint optimization, and product and business rationalization.
Adam also leads the development of liquidity management tools and cash management offices for middle-market and multinational organizations. He has worked across a range of industries, with particular experience in mobility, including automotive, aerospace, and defense, and has supported clients across multiple jurisdictions globally.
His recent work includes leading restructuring engagements for a UK-based aerospace supplier and a cryptocurrency mining company representing more than 8% of the global bitcoin mining market.

Adam holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Michigan State University and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys boating on the Great Lakes and backcountry skiing in mountain ranges around the world.
