Andrew is a Partner working in our Digital Practice across the Nordics focusing on technology-led change and analytics. He has more than 27 years of experience in advisory and senior executive roles within sector-leading multinationals and regional organizations in Europe, Australia, and Asia. His main focus is on accelerated change using technology across sectors and in financial services, including carbon, data work, analytics, risk, regulatory response and remediation, as well as technology transformations (e.g. carve-outs/ins). He has conducted numerous controls, compliance, and risk engagements in Nordics and Europe, and aides his clients in expanding their global footprints.

Some of the challenges Andrew has worked on recently include carbon consumption reduction by a leading vehicle manufacturer, telecoms hyperscaler infrastructure, merger and entity platform consolidation engagement for a top 10 European bank, a rapid Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM) risk remediation against critical deadlines for a major Northern European bank, and a cyber risk review and remediation for a major bank.
A recipe for success that resonates for me is to surround yourself with good people, trust each other, and contribute to a fun atmosphere that helps others give their best. You can do serious work without taking things too seriously!
