Lisa enjoys working closely with clients to turn insight into action, building trust, engagement, and enthusiasm as the foundation for transformation. In addition to her client work, Lisa is actively involved in shaping the culture of the Amsterdam office. She mentors junior colleagues, supports them in navigating challenges, and helps them build confidence and ownership in their roles.
Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time with her husband and young daughter, especially during family holidays in Portugal. She also enjoys the vibrancy of Amsterdam — connecting with friends, exploring the city's restaurants, and staying active. Whether it's road cycling, pilates, or a run, movement helps her keep a clear mind and strong energy, both in and out of the office.
