Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Hugo worked at Rabobank Group, where he held senior positions in several AFC-related departments. His roles included redesigning, reorganizing and/or developing new and innovative capabilities within the bank. Hugo began his career at a global consulting firm where he supported Global AML and Sanctions Remediations and frameworks, based in Europe and in New York.
