Abdulkarim is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s public sector practice. In a career that spans over 12 years, he has advised several regional and international private and public enterprises on a wide range of topics. His areas of expertise include strategy development, institutional reform, organizational design, performance management, process improvement and change management. His responsibilities also include recruitment in Saudi Arabia where he is playing an important role in hand picking and nurturing Saudi national talent to leverage their global experience as the Kingdom undertakes its economic and social reforms Abdulkarim has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and Bachelor in Engineering from New Mexico State University.
