Suha is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Government and Public Institutions Practice.
With more than two decades of experience in consulting and Big Tech across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her extensive background in management consulting spans the public sector, media, entertainment, and technology industries. Suha has provided advice to senior clients in more than 10 countries across the MENA region.
In her role as a partner, she focuses on advising senior government leaders on crafting national visions and sectorial strategies, establishing entities and authorities, managing large-scale programs, and executing truly transformational projects.
Suha has a particular passion for the burgeoning creative economy in the region and the leading role that governments are playing in nurturing these sectors in partnership with the private sector. She has strategic insight into the creative ecosystem and its industries, which are at the forefront of regional visions.
The region is rapidly establishing itself as a global hub for creativity and innovation. I am excited about the possibilities within the creative economy in the region and the pivotal role that the public sector is undertaking to foster creative industries
Additionally, she is skilled in designing and implementing strategic government communications and national brand-building programs, establishing impactful ecosystem partnerships to drive socioeconomic impact, stakeholder engagement plans, and large-scale events in service of national visions and agendas.
She holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master of Science in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
Suha is an advocate of diversity and inclusion and has been active on a number of industry boards and councils. She prides herself on building and leading diverse teams in order to drive business success.
Outside of work, Suha embraces holistic wellness, and blends her love for travel with transformative experiences whenever the opportunity arises.
