Nadim is a partner in our Energy and Natural Resources Practice across India, the Middle East, and Africa (IMEA). Based in the Dubai office, he also serves as the global head of oil and gas.

Nadim’s expertise spans organic and inorganic growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), post-merger integration (PMI), operating model transformations, capability-building programs, investment strategies, digitization roadmaps, build-operate-transfer initiatives, and large-scale PMOs.
Since 2007, Nadim has advised companies in the oil, gas, and chemicals sectors across the region, supporting them throughout their growth journeys. Many of his clients now compete globally, with several becoming industry leaders. They value his practical guidance — anchored in long-term vision but grounded in present-day realities and short-term goals.
Nadim holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in engineering management from the University of Southern California, and a BE in electrical engineering from the American University of Beirut.
