Léa is a Partner in our Government and Public Institutions Practice.

With more than 15 years of management and consulting experience, she has focused her career on advising governments on complex public sector challenges, from leading strategic transformations to shaping institutional frameworks and policy-making initiatives.

In her role, Léa empowers Center of Government entities and government agencies to achieve excellence by designing and implementing innovative frameworks and operational models tailored to meet the evolving needs and demands of the future.

Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Léa holds a graduate degree in international business management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in economics and international development studies from McGill University. Her leadership underscores a commitment to advancing public sector excellence and resilience amid evolving global dynamics.

Outside of work, Léa enjoys spending time with her family, doing yoga or playing tennis.
