Hassan, a partner in our Government and Public Institutions Practice, has more than 14 years of experience in public sector consulting across the GCC.
Since joining Oliver Wyman in 2022, Hassan has been dedicated to helping shape public policy discourse, designing citizen-centric programs, and enhancing service delivery with a focus on fostering socio-economic development that is inclusive, balanced, and sustainable.
Hassan views every project as a chance to help clients address issues of national importance by providing robust, evidence-based strategies to drive impactful and measurable change. He defines a successful engagement as one where deep, trust-based, and long-term relationships are fostered with clients committed to a mission of public service and civic duty.

Hassan holds a bachelor's degree in political science and Middle East studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a master's degree in contemporary Arab studies from Georgetown University in Washington DC, and an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
In his leisure time, Hassan enjoys listening to old records with his wife, young daughter, and jazz-loving puppy while drinking a good cup of hand-ground coffee.
