Florent is a partner, based in the Milan office, and is a member of our global Transportation and Services Practice. He specializes in supporting transport and logistics players on their strategic projects across commercial and operational topics.
He joined our Paris office straight from university and rapidly specialized in transportation and logistics. After a few years, Florent transferred to Milan (moving closer to his family in Italy) where he continued supporting clients across Europe while starting up industrial activities with the local team.

Prior to Oliver Wyman, Florent held a managerial role at an international railway operator company. He was at the center of daily rail and fleet operations, and, along with his team, devised a five-year fleet plan.
Fueled by his extensive international experience, Florent is enthusiastic about the business opportunities generated by global flows of people, goods, and capital. Staying on top of new customer behaviors such as digitalization, e-commerce, sustainability trends, and market regulation, he is consistently engaged in industry-shaping projects.
